Product Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot process a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns. These include: • Downloadable software or digital products • Customized or personalized items • Perishable goods • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps: • Contact our customer support for a Return Authorization (RA) number • Securely package the item with original materials • Mark the RA number on the package • Ship to the provided address
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a GISTECHKE LTD error or a defective product, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
